03/14/2010: Brady Quinn a BRONCO!
Today the Quarterback competition starts in Denver as reported by Sean Leahy. Brady Quinn has been traded to the Broncos nation for a 2011 6th round pick, Peyton Hillis and a condition pick in the 2012 draft as well.
I hate that we let Hillis go, as he had a lot of potential, but it is the life in the NFL... If you want a great player you have to give up some good players. Quinn better show greatness or he will feel the wrath of the Broncos Nation upon him if he fails to produce. We needed Quarterback help and this all but seals Simms' fate in Denver and will be gone soon. So now the starting job will be in a competition between Orton, Quinn and Brandstater for the job. This should prove to be interesting unless McDaniels is all but giving the job to Quinn in this trade??
It has been quiet as of late in Denver in the free agency thing and now we know why... something big was coming...

Congrats to Floyd Little in getting into the Hall of Fame. It took way to long for this to happen but enjoy none the less! :-)
